Job Details:

• Pay rate per Hour for 8hr shift - $32.00 - Pay Per Week $1,280.00
• Pay rate per Hour 12hr shift - $29,00 - Pay per week $1,218.00
• Hood River, OR
• Hospice Setting
• Shift Options: 8 Hour Shift 2p-10p or 12 Hour Shift 10-10p, 6p-6a
• Unit - LTC/SNF

Requirements:

• MUST be vaccinated AND boosted for COVID-19
• Active License/Certification in OR
• BLS via American Heart Association ONLY
• 2 years of experience as a CNA in a Assisted Living Setting
• Must provide resume with past 7 years work history
• Must be able to provide at least 2 recent supervising references
