Job Details:

• $1,200 per week (Stipends available!)
• Middleton, Wisconsin
• Skilled Nursing Facility
• 13 week contract, 37.5 hours per week, 8 hour Evening/Night shift, start date ASAP
• Weekends/holidays may be required

Requirements:

• MUST be vaccinated AND boosted for COVID-19
• BLS via American Heart Association ONLY
• 1-2 years recent LVN experience in LTC/SNF!
• Must provide resume with past 7 years work history
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervising references
