Job Details:
- 4x10 shifts for 13 weeks, days- possible option to extend further/go permanent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Hospital Setting 1. Shifts: Days, 10 hour shifts, no call 2. Location: Truckee 3. Education: Bachelor’s Degree and/or a Pharm. D from an ACPE accredited institution 4. Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ hospital experience as licensed Pharmacist 5. Certifications: If specifically going with a BCOP – Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist or Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist The Oncology Pharmacist provides clinical oncology pharmacy services and oversees the daily dispensing of chemotherapy to the infusion room. The pharmacist generally works at a station in the cancer center and is available for questions, dose adjustments, hypersensitivity reaction response, and to coordinate efficient dispensing of the oncologic and non-oncologic treatments administered in the infusion center. The oncology pharmacist participates in the establishment and maintenance of cancer center/pharmacy projects including, but not limited to: new therapy plans, new programs, and coordinating these activities through computer based programs (i.e., EPIC/Beacon). This person also serves the Cancer Center research program, overseeing the pharmacy portion of the clinical trial protocol, investigational product dispensing, and site activation meetings. The oncology pharmacist attends oncology patient rounds, infusion room huddles, and other relevant cancer center committees and meetings as assigned

- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references
