Job description: Our Client in Ukiah, CA is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist for their Rehab Facility.

• Schedule : PTA Monday thru Friday, but there is a possibility of Tues-Saturday schedule. Discuss during interview. This will be a SNF setting and 100% inpatient. There will be no “on call” requirement. Holidays will be paid at the Regular Hourly Rate. Days.

Shift: Day Shift *36 hrs per week
Rate: $34.00/hr. + $500 hired Bonus
Clinic Locations: Ukiah, CA
Contract Length: 13 weeks w/ option to extend

Requirements:

• Home Health
• BLS from AHA only
• Active CA License
• Experience: 2 year
• Must be able to provide at least 3 supervisory references
• Resume must include 7 years of work history
• COVID Vaccination + Booster *Client Required
• PT, dayshift, may require some weekends and/or holidays.
